Spread The World
The project took 15 days to curate and build.
Xavier launched Spread The World in October, 2020. The first 20 orders got lifetime access for $19. He got two orders in less than an hour. He sold out the orders a couple of days later when he launched on Indie Hackers. That Indie Hacker post was briefly #2 on the website.
In November, one of his blog posts hit the homepage of Hacker News. His blog got 6.5k visitors in 24 hours. He created a live Twitter thread about viral response. He also shared a case study at My first blog post got 7000 views in a day, here is what happened.
He also shared the product on the /r/nocode and /r/SideProject subreddits. He shared a Twitter thread about what happened after posting.
Growing Spread The World
In late December, he announced that he had gotten his 100th paying customer.
In February, 2021, he experimented with offering Spread The World as a productized service.
IdeaHunt is a Product hunt for ideas

RemoteFR is a job board with full remote jobs for France based developers.
He hinted about the beta version of the product in early January, 2021, and publicly announced the product a week later. One day after the soft launch, the project had 12 mailing list subscribers and 100 homepage visitors. By January 14, the website had 413 unique visitors. After one week, the website had 900+ visitors and over 200 job offers.
By mid February, the Twitter account had 100 followers.
In April, 2021, he experimented with creating a podcast. He created a thread with all the steps he took. In September, he had the project was still at $0MRR, however he had met many interesting people for the podcast.
Xavier launched PipeSocial in April, 2021. The tool helped users organize, tag, and search their Twitter DMs. It was his fifth product.
He decided on the products name after polling his Twitter followers.
He posted a Twitter thread on launch day. Within four hours, he had almost 30 subscribers on the waiting list. After 24 hours, Xavier had 40 000+ views on the thread’s first tweet. The website had 300 visitors and there was 65+ people on the waiting list.
PipeSocial had 100 people on the waiting list by May 18.
In September, he realized that he had built the wrong product and needed to pivot the brand. He created a Twitter thread about his decision to pivot in public. He released a new version 10 days later.
It hit the $2500 revenues milestone after a month.
Within 2 hours, UserBooster had almost 80 upvotes and 120 visitors to the landing page. He made his first sale after 3 1/2 hours. 5 hours into the launch, he had made 2 sales. 350 people had visited the landing page. After 6 hours, UserBooster had 165 upvotes and more than 500 visitors. After 8 hours, he had almost 200 upvotes and had made 7 sales.
At the 12 hour mark, he’d had 800 visitors and had made 8 sales. It hit 80 comments and 270 upvotes at 15 hours.
Marketing For Makers
Marketing For Makers is a marketing-focus community for makers. It was the final product in his 6 products in six months challenge.
He originally used Circle as the community platform. 3 months later, he moved it to Discord. He created a Twitter thread sharing his decision process.

He wrote How to use Reddit as an IndieHacker for Spread The Word. He later mused how you can get traffic (and upvotes) by teaching Reddit how to use Reddit to get traffic.
Black Friday giveaway
In 2020, he had a promotion where he gave 5 people lifetime access to SpreadTheWorld for free. Everybody else got a 20% discount code. He shared the results of the promotion in a Twitter thread.
